Disgusting housing office this rude don’t follow up with there tenants repairs. Housing workers are never in or willing to help. Lazy workers

Bloody useless

They don't care if you are disabled n have other health problems on top of server anxiety n depression. We have told all our housing officers about the problems we have with a tenant who likes to buzz us all the time to the point we getting the antisocial behaviour team involved but they have done nothing.We have damp in the flat but the housing keeps on saying we was offered 3 properties 2 that was short term while they was doing the work on our propertybut the other one was a 2 bedroom house with a small lift in but was told that we would loose the back bedroom. Now we have got a two bedroomed bungalow that we signed signed up for over 3 months ago but nothing has been said about the adaptations that needed to be done

Poor is politeSlow to react. 7 years of complaints, emails, letters and a solicitor to get repairs done.Still have outstanding issues from 15 years ago....

Useless and don't care about there Tennant who's got mental health issues and other issues

They are Useless,they like to plasmid games ,been waiting to view the flat now for 5 weeks not happy with where Service ,they rube ,got a A stick up their backsides
