Never buy anything from here, customer service is non existent. Returned a tool I had less than 3 week to be told they couldn't do anything 120 down the drain.luckily the tool company took care of it. Go elsewhere now cheaper and better customer relations.Standard reply from a useless company.misuse I used it twice and when I had my money back plus compensation from the company. They said you never made contact with them.so I think you just tried sweeping it under the carpet. NEVER USE THESE FOOLS.

Drove from South of Leeds, got there this morning at 11am and it was closed!! Their website and Google Map showed it would be open until 12pm on Saturday. Not sure if they close early when it’s quiet? Precious petrol wasted during the fuel crisis!

I asked to open a credit account with this company as I needed to swap suppliers (this company delivers to my neighbouring unit) they responded saying all they needed was a letterhead , which I duly provided .........I then asked if they could let me know when the account was up and running so I could place an order ........never heard a thing since. Very poor how easy would that be to deliver to two customers in the same yard ??? .....suffice to say we now use another supplier*********UPDATE THE COMPANY HAVE CONTACTED ME AND AT THIS MOMENT I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR RESPONSE AND WILL UPDATE FURTHER BASED ON OUR TRADING EXPERIENCE********

Absolutely fantastic everyone has minimum orders of £10 where as you can buy what you need here, probably the best stocked place in West Yorkshire as well

Old style engineer's supplies, the only place in Leeds I can get a single an M6 x 6mm grub screw or similar one off for repair jobs, I can also get any thread identified. Definitely recommend them, and I've found their prices better than reasonable.
