Good people, we are in the 21st century. If I knew the quality of your services, I wouldn't even buy the tires from you. Good to know for the future. Deplorable.

Ordered tyres through Blackcircles and had them fitted at Protyre due to proximity to my work address. Staff were very cheerful and professional. Tyre fitting was very quick and to a high standard. Will definitely use them again.

With the bad weather just around the corner, I needed to order a set of wheels for my Audi RS3. For me, there is only one place I go and that is Protyre. I have been using them for many years on all my cars. I orders a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4s and they were fitted with car. Even before the tyres were removed, I was taken through minor nicks on the wheel to highlight any issues before the tyres were removed and the new ones fitted. The car was treated with the upmost respect and the wheels were all sorted within the hour. In addition, the manager, Dave Russell gave me a leaflet which allowed me to apply for an additional £100 off my bill through Michelin. Excellent service and highly recommended tyre fitting facilities.

Pretty good while you wait. Needed 4 tires. Arrived 8:40 and left 11:20 so quite a long wait but I'd only booked the prior day and they'd kindly squeezed me in and they seemed really busy and did apologise for the long morning. Phones were always answered and any questions I had addressed right away. I could have gotten the same 4 tires £95 less elsewhere, but just not this quick. Would definitely use again and do highly recommend.

I asked if they would fit used tyres on my bike, unfortunately that's not something they do. So I ordered tyres for my Motorbike the day before, I turned up with just the rims and they got me in for 8:30 the next morning.Had a great chat with the motorbike technician there, really friendly guy that knew his stuff. It was great to see the tyres go on while I was there. I had my rims freshly painted so they were very careful when putting the new tyres on and balancing the wheels. After he helped me carry the wheels to my car.Overall very happy with the service and would 100% for new motorcycle tyres.

booked my car in for MOT and service very easily online, a very reasonable deal when booking both together. The guys at Protyre Bristol were really friendly and helpful. Dave was lovely, he called me to tell me my car would pass the MOT, but their brake machine wasn't registering so he couldn't pass it until the machine was fixed. Dave called me 4 days later to say the machine was working, so he rebooked my car in for MOT. I did actually need new wiper blades, they managed to replace the driver side blade, but couldn't get hold of a nearside blade, which meant the MOT failed. Dave said that if I could get a blade fitted by 5pm and bring my car back in, he could pass it. I did get a blade fitted, took my car back, and my MOT certificate was issued. They didn't charge me for the blade they fitted as they said I'd been messed around - I would've happily paid, but appreciated their gesture. The MOT guy was lovely too, I didn't get his name. My overall experience was positive and I will definitely be back next year, or sooner when I need new tyres!

They are very professional and don' t overcharge money. I was being charged more money to regas my car's aircon at halfords and they were giving me a late appointment date and they also said there is a leakage which will need a part replacement but the protyre checked the leakage and there was no leakage and regassed it. They did it within an hour. My car's aircon is chilling now and I'm very happy with their service.

I'll be using this company again in the future as there work was quality and I was pleased with the time it took for them to do the job .The Last garage I used took a whole day to fit a new tyre and 3 days to do an m.o.t pro tyre took 30 minutes to fit a new tyre so I will be using them for my next m.o.t so fingers crossed that I will be just as satisfied
