After having 5 appointments in the last 3 weeks with 4 different people and none of the staff caring about my current situation, today I had a great session with Neville who was very attentive and understanding. He helped me to apply for a course and gave advice on housing and work related issues. The guy who signs you in is always really friendly and professional too.

Worst job centre ever as a support worker I attend with my service users the way they speak to the customer is disgusting. They are there to help who they feel like which is wrong. They are in a job to help people better their lives but here you guys are doing nothing of the sort.just remember one day you may be in these people shoes and I guarantee you will/wouldn't want to be treated the way you treat most of your customers.if I could of even it no stars I would of.

If I could give no stars I would, staff are unhelpful just have a seat and someone will see you. Nope this never happened instead I had to speak to several staff who were both unhelpful and didn't seem to care.

unbearable, oppressive, twisted, exploitative and corrupt staff members working here. I would give a zero rating if i could. I had Trevor at summer row jobecntre where he continuously oppressed me and behaved unprofessionally towards. me. I complained but nothing was done and i think he works here at Summerhill Road now. Gary is also a twisted man who on one occasion made up things about me forcing me move to a jobcentre with screened area. I complained and cited staff members working close by as proof that i did nothing bad but he got away with it. I had him again when summer hill road jobcentre was built and i requested him to help me get the job interview reimbursements i was entitled to but he made some silly excuse as to why he could not. When i insisted showing him the DWP policy as proof of my entitlement, he suddenly pretended that he would do the needful and simply opened the door and came back shortly afterwards making up another silly and blatant lie as to why he could not help me get my job interview reimbursements. There was another recent incident where he once again showed himself to be twisted and nasty and i have once again lodged a complaint against him. Also the horrible, unbearable security guard mousa thinks he has made it in the world. As soon as i enter to tell reception who i have come to see or that i belong in the screened area; as soon as he sets eyes on me he rushes forward and repeats what i said to reception staff or does not give me the chance to say who i need to see or that i belong in the screened area. On one occasion when staff member said something about me he said ah him". He said this in his usual rude and unprofessional manner and to think he is only a security guard

I visited Summer Hill Job Centre for the first time today (Thursday, September 2, 2021), as I had an appointment at 10:45am. I arrived a few minutes before this time, and a young who was working at a desk, stood up and greeted me. He asked if he could help, and I told him I had an appointment. He dealt with me very efficiently, but also, he was extremely polite, humorous and professional in his manner. He directed me where to go for my appointment, and a young security guard told me to take a seat. I looked around at the futuristic interior and design of the building, and felt an immediate calmness and a positive buzz to the place. My work coach/advisor who I saw: A young guy called Brett, was also professional. During the ten minutes or so I was talking to him, we exchanged some interesting information. I also noticed he was listening very attentively. I walked out of there feeling very positive. However, I have to give full marks to the young guy who greeted me on my arrival. He did his job to an absolute T. A true professional in every sense of the word. A very interesting and pleasant visit.

Asian men and women there just flirting and playing haram games with each other, management needs to remind them they are at work and the clients that come in are paying their wages

You’re greeted when you walk in and told where you need to go for your appointment which is handy. Mine was with Trevor who was extremely kind and helpful, thank you Trevor!

I had a good experience with the job centre as the work coach was nice and accommodating, changing my appointments to phone calls so I dont have to come in person. If you come with a bike theres no biking parking facilities!

This is not the Summer Hill Road JC. I went there for an appointment, waiting there in the cold. 20 minutes of shivering, the doors finally open and I went in. The guy at the front told me that this isn't Summer Hill road, telling me to go right around the building where there is another building. However it's a completely shady area, and I'd be careful when going there. They need to seperate the two buildings
