Garry was super responsive, and the job was done to a great standard. Very happy!

If I could give zero I would.1) Rather than cutting tiles they left them too long and pushed them hard against the bath edge resulting in the bath lip dipping down and they blamed the bath for being faulty.2) Fitted shower screen at an angle to the shower tray3) Toilet leaks at 3 attempts of fitting4) scratched vanity unit after repairing an earlier problem they caused.5) Had a 1.5cm off level in a wall, so bad we could not hang a mirror.6)Broke my tap, which I had to pay for to be replaced7) Tiles at the side of the bath are not straight8) Finishing plastering is shocking i have bumps all over the walls and ceilings9) tiles are all different levels10) 22 weeks to half complete works on my bathroomsThere was a lot more than this, everything they touched went wrong, I would urge anyone who has been given AML Highland by their insurance company to ask for a different contractor.If you do use them, they do not respond unless it suits them and they will do everything to ensure they are blame free for any errors. You have been warned. I am not just a ranting because I didn't like the work initially, I thought how clean and tidy they work and really thought I would have no issues. They clearly have far too much work on they can not cope, even the staff complained to me about them and how poor they have left some jobs.

Inform them of the kitchen type I need, a week later ask me what model and they can't find it. A Google search with the information I gave them instantly shows the link to the kitchen website, I show them how to use Google and what page to go to. 2 weeks later I chase them up, only to hear they didn't know which colour I needed even though I stated which. Terrible company, lazy staff and don't know how to use Google. Avoid!

Very Pleased with work completed by AML (Highland) for my property repairs. The workmen were all very polite, considerate and honest. Work was all completed in good time and to a high standard.I would recommend AML (Highland) for any property repairs.

This is 100% for you, we had nothing but problems with your company" and the shocking standard of work carried out. Nearly 1 year we were out of our home because of all the problems caused by you clueless morons. Things that should of been fixed were patched up to the absolute lowest standard. Damaged was cause by your employee's to things in our home that should not of been touched
