Message to Google - how do we give a 0 star review?I made an enquiry to conduct an inventory/check out for my apartment in Manchester. I stated I wanted this to be booked by the Friday. But I also stated I will need to confirm the time and date with my managing agent.Before I even confirmed this I received another email stating that the inventory was booked. I then emailed back in confusion and stated this is yet to be confirmed with my agent.At this point I realised that the chap I was dealing with had no clue. Dominic Baines. Not to mention his grammar on emails. Awful service. His email signature states DIRECTOR.... How on earth has he achieved that title?This isn't the end of it. Two days later, to my shock I received a call from a lady to say she was outside my property and needed access..... I asked her which company and she stated No Letting Go. I was mystified and felt sorry for her. I just explained that I had not booked anything in.I emailed Dominic to say I will not be using his services. And... Are you ready for the grand finale?He said he will charge me an ADMIN FEE for creating an account (still no idea which account this is) and wasting his time.The exact actions of a scam artist. In today's world too.. when we are all suffering financially it's great to know we still to have the Dominic's of this world still roaming our streets.Silver lining? The company is probably alright. But my god he has ruined the reputation.Disclaimer (I have the email chain to prove my review)AVOID!!!

I have been dealing with Chris and his colleagues now for several years, across a few different companies, and I genuinely wouldn’t look at using anyone else to help us with this particular service. No Letting Go are extremely efficient, professional and more than reasonable in terms of cost.

Dominic is very good at communication, always in prompt reply, very professional and reliable. I will definitely love to work with him again :)
