I was an incredibly disappointed when visiting this store. I wanted to purchase a pair of earrings which I asked questions about as I was worried that the gold plated covering would ware off. I have a necklace of yours which I haven’t even had a year, and I am most disappointed of the fact that the shine has gone and it looks tarnished. The sales assistant told me that’s because I wear it in the shower which I do not do as I proceeded to tell her, however she still continued to tell me it was because of water. The earrings I was told are coated 5 times, but she wouldn’t offer a refund if they tarnished. This was not a good experience at all and has really put me off shopping here ever again!!!

So this my second time and I came here not a week ago, I wanted to pay with klarna which should work if the tills are working and they are able to take card payment, I asked the guy on tills if I could pay by Klarna he didn’t know what this was asked another lady and she had said not working. Now Klarna goes through my phone doesn’t need to be using there internet and if a customer requests for this form of payment they should allow customers to try as this was a large amount of purchase. They didn’t bother the customer service was great just because your an outlet doesn’t mean you give less. I went in to coach and they had same problem and had tried and gave me other options which was on the same row. If a high end brand doesn’t have internet I think they should get it. Your loss to the business doesn’t matter what form of payment the business will get the money! Ended up paying by cash instead and didn’t make a big deal but will not be going there any time soon.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable shoping experience. The lady SA on the 4th Sept 23 was polite and attentive. We managed to make a purchase at a bargain price. The store was really spacious, with high ceilings, cheerful colour scheme and well maintained that enhance one's shopping experience. Highly recommended.

It's a good brand, specially for women bags and watches also they do good watches for man as well, but I didn't like the man clothes. Price is too much compared to the quality.

Daniela, a saleswoman in the Bicester branch corrected me on sizing a jacket and found me a matching bag with slick expertise and salesmanship. She did such a good service, I want to thank her for her help.

Brilliant! I bought a bag 8 months ago in this store, but recently noticed its becoming defective. I contacted the store and spoke to Alessia who was so helpful!! She arranged for DHL to pick up the bag from my home the same day and then sent me the refund on a gift card the same day via DHL. Super pleased and now have ordered my new bag on MK website. Thanks so much!!

Staff except one needs training. The lady was very helpful with finding the right shoes size whereas all staff straight away said no and didn't bother to find the size in stock room.Would be better if they smile more and bother to listen to clients over the counter rather than just bill them and hush them away

Misleading RRP pricing. Not accurate prices. Most of items can be bought for even cheaper on MK website ( when on sale). So what’s the point buying outlet items for much more??? Outlet means items cheaper than at the retailers but it’s not the case here! Please don’t mislead your customers!
