We appointed Crucial Environmental to do a full Asbestos Refurbishment Survey for a flat renovation in London. Quote and booking was quick and easy, surveyor was very professional and polite. We received survey's report and test results the week after. Overall, very happy with the service and a company that we will use in future projects.

PMI Ltd of Dorking, have 2 Industrial units that both required an asbestos management survey in accordance with HSG264.Crucial Environmental of Eastbourne were contacted & within a few days a friendly, efficient operative came along & undertook a full internal & external survey.We received a detailed 22 page report for each unit the very next day & we could not have been happier with the service.We have a small leak in one of the roofs which is being attended to by them this week.

Having been assured I wouldn't require an asbestos survey, during a visit by builders, I received a last minute request to supply one, and arrange any essential follow ups, or face financial consequences by delaying the works. A neighbour had used Crucial Environmental and gave me their details. Within a week of my first contact a survey was carried out, samples taken and analysed and a full report supplied, meaning I was able to provide the builders with a copy, showing there was no hidden asbestos in the materials, and ensure long awaited works were able to be carried out to time.I was given full details of costs etc,. during my initial enquiry, which was followed up by Email; although the final cost actually proved to be less. An appointment was then made for an early morning visit, with the report being ready on the following working day. I received a copy of the report, by Email, as soon as I had confirmed I had made payment by BACS.Having had the surrey carried out I will retain it for future usage, as necessary, so will not require their services again, at my present address. Should I move elsewhere and need a survey or be asked to recommend a contractor I would, without hesitation, supply Crucial Environment's details. In addition to the speed and efficiency of service the site surveyor was polite, thorough and very tidy; filling in and touching up areas where sample were taken.Highly recommended

Following a survey which identified asbestos in our Artex ceilings I sent out requests for estimates for its removal, based on scale drawings, to a number of companies. Crucial were the first to reply with sensible questions and then a competitive quote. They responded quickly and comprehensively to all my questions and concerns. They did all the work as quoted removing the affected ceilings, otherwise leaving the house as it was when we left it. Very happy with their work and professionalism.
