From first contact to finish, each member of staff was polite, honest and very knowledgeable. They honored every appointment and communication, overall a very smooth and efficient service was provided with excellent quality products which is guaranteed. The fitters worked hard to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Absolutely delighted, a big thank you to all the team at ERG. Would definitely use them again.

Customer service and support first class. Emergency call as front door lock/mechanism had broken leaving my cottage unsecured. ERG sent a member of the team within 5 hours of my call. New mechanism fitted and the door skilfully realigned. Each member of staff was friendly, professional and are a credit to this family company. I am delighted that I chose ERG to supply and fit all the windows and doors to my home. Very safe hands. Thank you.

Great service.It wasn't the cheapest door, but it's a great door. They communicate well throughout the process, from initial contact to a site visit for measuring up, choosing your design, installation and aftercare.We'll certainly consider them when we have our windows replaced.

We decided to change our front and back doors and contacted ERG as they were widely recommended, and I am glad that we did.From our first interaction of placing the order, to getting measured up and then finally the fitting process we have had nothing but a positive experience. In fact we changed our order for extras during the process requesting an additional bathroom window and some glazing units and we were easily accommodated.Everything went smoothly and the installers were very professional and easy to communicate with. They tidied everything away before leaving and they left us with two external doors and a bathroom window, all installed to a very high standard.As a result of this experience I would highly recommend ERG.

Two large extensions built in the remote area of coastal Assynt with no interruption other than a few days of extreme weather. The team worked hard, very helpful and adaptable. They solved problems quickly as they arose. No delays at all because individual trades were not available. We were kept informed at all stages from the team on site and the staff at the office.We are very happy with the work and the fact that start to finish went smoothly.
