BULLIES !My friend asked them to fix her boiler and they misdiagnosed the issue and left her with no heating and no water. She got a second opinion and the second engineer fixed the issue straight away. Now Boiler Medic is threatening this young woman with incorrect allegations that her original claim was for a leak and it wasn't.They gave her half a day to respond for this threat which is completely unprofessional and is a form of bullying.Please don't use this company as they get their money by intimidating customers

Very knowledgeable technician. He replaced a tricky worn-out part for me. Unfortunately the problem wasn't 100% fixed, but he came back the day after I reported it and fixed it fully, free of charge

So grateful to Boiler Medic for coming out urgently to get my frail, elderly mum's heating working again. Great communication and kind approach from both the office and engineer with both understanding how important it was to get her house warm again ASAP and to keep me updated throughout too. John worked out the problem within a very short time and made sure everything was 100% up and running before he left. Brilliant :-)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I had a new boiler fitted by this company, the engineer didn’t think to see how many bathrooms the house had - which caused one of the showers to break and need a new system, they would not accept responsibility at all even though they were totally at fault. Very immoral.

Amatures. My daughter called Boiler Medic when her boiler stopped working and they were there for almost two hours and could not figure out what the issue was. She then called another company who diagnosed and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. The issue was that the system pressure dropped. This is a very basic issue. Avoid this company and hire professionals!

SCAM !Stay away from this company!I called them out as my boiler stopped working after removing radiators. An engineer came and spent 2 hours. They were not able to fix the boiler and told me that I need a new pump and even suggested to get new boiler. I decided to get a second opinion. The second company fixed the issue in 5 minutes. The issue was low pressure.Now Boiler Medic is threatening to sue me as they claim they were called dout regarding a leak.If you need a good boiler service let me know, but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.
