Richard was excellent, he was spot on time and fixed my bike at my house since we live locally. It was a great service and we will definitely be using him again. It was also extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommend

I needed a cycle mechanic locally and didn’t fancy giving my money to that rather large cycle chain where no one really cares who the customer is. So I was incredibly surprised to find Richard, just a few streets away. Superb communication and on the day service, and a fare price to boot. I highly recommend Richard. Honest and highly professional service. And an independent too!

Richard is very nice, helpful and true master of his craft. He did service our two bikes. Any extra work I ask to be done, he let me know in advance how much is cost, so it's no surprises. To have such a person almost on door step is a blessing from the sky. I will definitely keep coming back to RGcycleworks. And would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs bicycle repairs or service. Thank you very much Richard.

Professional service, great attention to detail. Richard built a wheel for me. He was very clear about the time and costs for the work and was true to his word. Its the straightest wheel I've ridden and I'm stoked! RG's workshop is clean and well organised, and he's a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his work!

I have a Trek mountain bike that is easily 20 years old, that I've (candidly) not paid any attention to (in terms of routine maintenance) over those decades. I just rode it and let it decay. I asked Richard to bring it back to life, and to kit it out for London muddy/rainy offroads and streets. This bike rides not only like new, but better than new. It rivals my (far newer) road bike now in terms of smoothness. On top of that, as the bike wasn't ridable at the start, Richard offered pickup and return delivery service. What a wonderful experience. I've found my bike guy in London.

Richard is a true gem - experienced and patient. He helped me out with my new bike and my beginner's knowledge. Brand new bike was unaligned. Richard adjusted and indexed perfectly. He also helped me get my turbo trainer optimised. Highly recommend!

Richard is my saviour. I had so many recurring bike issues, mainly untrue wheels and Richard's service was like a magic wand. He will always order the highest possible quality parts for his service and has a flawless knowledge of the specific requirements of each bike. Richard is always more than happy to provide invaluable advice on how to maintain your bike. He carries out the repairs at an excellent price and has never left me waiting more than 3 days. Richard from RGC did a great job helping me out with servicing and repairs on a couple of bikes. This included setting one up on a Tacx turbo trainer, after I experienced difficulties with the set up process. I would highly recommend RGC, for bike repairs, servicing and turbo trainer issues.

My wife and I were looking for a local bike shop in our area, Hill Hill, she found RGcycleworks and she got in contact with Richard. He was very responsive, approachable and very clear about the prices from the beginning. So I took my little daughter‘s bike there.We were glad we found Richard as he did a fantastic job fixing my daughter’s bike and I would definitely recommend him!

I had the absolute best experience! He fixed the rear inner tube, both front and back brake blocks and the rear gear cable of my electrical bike. He was absolutely amazing, he finished it and we got the bike back the next day. It was an absolute pleasure going to RG cycle works, and I will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good quality and efficient fix. Thank you Richard.
