Paul installed an EV charger at my house which required integration with my solar panel system. The install was done neatly and he even tidied up a badly installed electrical conduit from when the solar panels were fitted by another installer. He neatly installed all cabling and patched up all the holes in the wall that were made. Perfect job, would highly recommend!

Paul responded to a late Friday night emergency callout for tripping fuse - he arrived within half an hour and had the electricity back up in no time! Exceptionally professional, can recommend!

Can't praise Paul highly enough for coming out to us within half an hour at 11.30 pm . Smoke alarm installed by another company was playing up. He sorted that and checked two others. Very pleasant and efficient guy !

Life-saver! Woke up to find our circuits broken, no fridge, boiler, or internet. Called 4 other services who said the wait would be over 4 hours, but fifth number lucky - TechniCall arrived in the hour, diagnosed the problem very quickly, fixed the frayed wire even quicker. The power in our house was tripping constantly. Paul came at the drop of a hat and worked very hard to identify and fix the problem. Excellent service. I used their service twice. One of them was an emergency at 6am on a Sunday morning and they were with us in 30min. They solved the problem (a faulty fire alarm from water coming from the ceiling) right away.

Paul did a great job installing our Zappi home charge point - quick to respond when first approached and talked me through the process after a visit. He also clearly knows the product well having installed so many.

Paul totally rescued me in an emergency, absolutely brilliant! He answered the phone straight away on a Saturday afternoon when a fuse had blown out in my flat, sparked, and wouldn't go back in, zero electricity in the entire flat. I was in distress and desperately trying to reach an emergency technician, and he was so reassuring, said of course they can send someone out right away, will be there within the hour, and he was! Fantastic communication, kept me updated via text to say will arrive in 20 minutes, and he DID arrive in exactly 20 minutes. Fixed the fuse box, identified the problem, checked and tested everything thoroughly to make sure it was safe. Very reassuring and professional, and a pleasure to do business with Paul, will most definitely keep their details!
