If you are looking for a high quality kitchen, expertly installed, then I would highly recommend Ridgeway.We have recently just had our new kitchen designed & Installed by Ridgeway and could not have been happier with the service and communication that we received.From the initial meeting with Jon, they worked tirelessly to meet our demands and deliver a kitchen to our budget. They were clear and honest about costs, and where certain requests we had would impact our budget.Before the installation began, we received a clear schedule of works from Brendon, and regular catch ups throughout the project ensured that we were all aware of client and contractor expectations.The whole installation team were very friendly, extremely professional and the quality of work could not be faulted. We’d also like to give a special shout out to Dan, who could not have been more helpful and whose attention to detail was really appreciated (Just make sure you have a ready supply of bourbons).In summary, if you are looking for a really great kitchen, give Ridgeway a call, I’m sure they won’t disappoint, we certainly weren’t.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Ridgeway Interiors from my initial contact with them through to completion of my new kitchen. Everyone that I had contact with, including all contractors, were extremely professional. Giorgio, my kitchen designer, was diligent and patient throughout. He listened to want I wanted from a new kitchen and was happy to tweak plans until they were exactly as I wanted them. At no point did I feel pushed into making any decisions. The kitchen itself is of a very high standard and was fitted beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble. I absolutely love my new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Darren and his team were fantastic from start to finish. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond throughout the process really made the difference.Great customer service, always made time to talk things through and offer ideas.Good selection of products to choose from, and the design and planning work was excellent.Fitting team were great, very friendly and considerate.Very happy customer. The design provided all we had hoped for making a small out dated kitchen spacious, light and user friendly for our later years. Helpful suggestions for how to achieve what we wanted included recommending appliances and made decision making stress free. The team of workers were a pleasure to have in the house and made the lengthy upheaval manageable. They dealt with problems cheerfully and constructively, were flexible and worked to a high standard.Now having lived with the new kitchen for several months we are delighted at the convenience and enjoy being able to entertain in stylish surroundings.

I don’t normally write reviews but feel Gary and the team at Ridgeway fully deserve 5 stars. It’s always a worry when choosing tradesmen who can you trust. At their shop in Gerrards Cross, Gary came up with a design that gave us ample storage and fitted our space perfectly. He also created computer generated images that showed what the finished project would look like. Their project manager Brendan scheduled the timetable of works and co-ordinated the attendance of the appropriate trades persons. Everyone turned up on the day they were supposed to extremely polite and professional. They were all very skilled in their trades, kept everything clean and tidy. Within 6 weeks we have a lovely bright kitchen which is a joy to use and of a quality to last us another 20 years!

Having a new kitchen is a huge invested and something you want to get absolutely right. I can honestly say that we are delighted with our Ridgeway kitchen, having been messed around by another company. We were so pleased to meet Jim Harratt he was amazing, he really took on board what we wanted and how the kitchen needed to work for our family and home environment. He came up with a design we loved and he managed to work this within our budget. Nothing was too much for Jim, changes were made, I regularly contacted him and he always got back to me promptly with excellent customer service. There was never any pressure to proceed. Jim followed the kitchen project all the way through the process. He was very knowledgeable, with high expectations for our kitchen and was able to offer sound advice which has resulted in a fantastic kitchen.We also used Ridgeway to install our kitchen, Jack fitted the kitchen all by himself. He worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job, his attention to detail really impressed me. Jack was a pleasure to have in my house.I would not hesitate to recommend Ridgeway Interiors

We are thrilled with our new galley kitchen in our old (19th century) property. The kitchen had to be stripped down to its bare bones (ceiling, flooring and a lot of the plaster removed) and we needed someone to offer a complete managed solution. That’s why we chose Ridgeway. They have a team of skilled tradesmen and contractors and provided us with a clear schedule and managed the building work and installation very well. This was particularly noteworthy considering they had to navigate through a few challenges arising from the property's age and unique characteristics.Ridgeway were very flexible both in the design and during the building works and installation. They could have selected all the appliances for us but we preferred to choose them all ourselves and they worked with us to ensure there would be no installation issues.There were some supply issues outside Ridgeway’s control that caused the schedule to slip, but they kept us fully informed and tried to expedite everything and rearrange the schedule accordingly. Nevertheless, the kitchen and appliances were usable around the time we had anticipated although there were a few items that were pending delivery from Ridgeway’s suppliers. Although there were alternate items available, we were happy to wait to ensure everything was as we wished.They were able to stick to the agreed price despite the delay in the schedule and some additional work required due to the supply issues. There was only one minor additional cost incurred for remedial work on some brickwork that was not foreseen by either party but was not unexpected given the age of the property.Both Jon and Brendan were very helpful and accommodated our active involvement in every aspect of the kitchen design. And all the on-site team were very friendly, dedicated and produced a high standard of workmanship.

We wanted to give a special shoutout to the exceptional team that made our cabinet installation possible. Darren, who guided us through the process, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He ensured that we got exactly what we needed and answered all our questions with patience and expertise.Steve, the installer, deserves high praise for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He transformed our space with precision and skill, and the cabinets look like they've always been a part of our home.

We had the Brigitte Kitchen fitted by Ridgeway and are absolutely delighted with the design, the kitchen, fitting and the finishing. Jon was really great and patient with us during the design phase and suggested great ideas which has added special touches to our new kitchen. We had a significant delay in the fitting, caused by faulty doors, which took the kitchen manufacturer a long time to deliver, but our second fitter, Rob, did a fabulous job of finishing the kitchen to a very high standard, which is what we expected from Ridgeway and they didn't disappoint. We are really pleased with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Ridgeway! Duncan and Nina

Always available to answer questions & queries. Brendon & team very professional & considerate. The kitchen fitter Rob was excellent & his attention to detail was second to none. Also Martin, his work transforming areas not done before. Would definitely recommend.
