Many thanks to the team at Downtons for a superb job dry cleaning a rather grubby suit. Buttery fingerprints from our little boy are a thing of the past!Fast and friendly service and great care taken of a few items accidently left in the pockets. Will certainly use Downtons again next time we have a suit meets buffet, meets small boy situation.Thank you!

Did an exceptional good job on cleaning my dinner jacket.

Very poor service. Minor repair needed, stated won’t do it until it’s dry cleaned, even though it was delivered in pristine condition, so doubling the cost. Then did a shoddy job. Stay well clear of them.

Thanks to the Downtons staff who made us so welcome when they showed us their commercial laundry unit, where we saw all the hotel sheets being washed and ironed on some amazing high tech equipment. What a high quality operation it is.
