Dared to park outside this shop a couple of days ago, I made sure not to park blocking the front of the shop as I am considerate like that. I was parked legitimately with my disabled badge clearly showing and was greeted with a most rude 'gentleman' coming out of the shop who started to rant at me about, including calling me names and asking me you're not going to dump that there are you?". He claimed to be working at the shop and refused to tell me if he was the owner or not but he claimed he would not be able to get ladders into the shop or through the alleyway to the side of the shop. I felt very afraid and moved my car. He was lucky I did not get the police involved as no one should be treated like this whilst going about their business."

Nice range for a small shop , but heavily overpriced.

Great Aladdins cave with all sorts to have fun in and on the water. Very knowledgeable fella called Miles helped me out with snorkelling gear at a good price plus offered lots of advice on diving as he's been doing it for many years himself. Thanks again Miles, you made it very easy to get me started. Be back again.

Visited this shop today, very unsatisfied with the service provided, very rude and unhelpful my dad has an exemption badge which exempts him from wearing a mask and was very rude and was told he couldn't go into shop without a mask and said sly comments about this, will not be visiting again AVOID!

I recently bought a wetsuit from this excellent shop. I visit every year during my annual holiday in Cornwall and am always delighted by this treasure trove. The owner is polite, friendly and helpful; he goes out of his way to accommodate any unusual requests. This year, I was particularly impressed by his efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy, whilst still enabling a fantastic shopping experience. I can't recommend highly enough.

Just visited this shop and the man was very rude and arrogant I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way than go back to this shop VERY DISAPPOINTING

Visited this shop today. As I’m exempt from wearing a face mask due to being asthmatic and wearing my exempt card, was then met with a rude and arrogant person stating “SO” and that “I’m spreading the love”.Will not visit this shop again and would not recommend it to any of our friends. Will definitely make it know to everyone about the appalling service.
