Great gym, with excellent coaching staff and welcoming community. Classes are very well programmed. I’ve had regular PT as well as bespoke programs and my strength and fitness has really developed well.

I love this place! It may not seem like it when I'm there, but I do! I was reluctant to go to a class at first, aware of my embarrassing state of (un)fitness, but the gang are so welcoming and there is zero pressure to keep up, only positivity and encouragement. There's always a laugh and a giggle and the mid-day sessions are an excellent way to take a break from my desk.

This is a fantastic gym! It has all the top of the range equipment and all the support you could ever need to achieve your goals!! Lewis, Nat and Eve are all so knowledgeable and are all like your own group of cheerleaders!As well as PT, they provide circuit classes to suit all abilities together with a lovey atmosphere and great community. The classes and PT sessions with Lewis have even given me confidence to compete in their first ever in-house competition.If, like me, you are worried about walking into a gym or starting a fitness class, this is a place that will make you feel at ease

I attend their Saturday morning class and have had some weightlifting lessons from Lewis.It is the most comfortable I’ve felt in a gym environment. The staff have fantastic knowledge and I felt at ease right away.

Can't recommend this gym enough, I've been training here since they opened back in the may of 2021. Their knowledge on exercises and nutrition helped me achieve my goal of getting as lean as possible within 1 year. I purchased their strength and conditioning course through their website and I have been steadily progressing through that for a few months now and I have never been stronger. It's not just the physical side in which I have continued to go, the environment Lewis, Natalie and Eve provide make each session such a joy. The community of other members are also so kind and thoughtful aswell. I'd rate the whole experience higher than a 10/10 if I could.

My first session of core & mobility - a lady of a certain age & not very supple Eve made me feel comfortable & no pressure. I will try & keep it up so thank you.

I always love attending classes at Welch Fitness. After a period of down time after having my baby, the support, encouragement and expertise are really valuable. I'm looking forward to PT sessions in the new year. Thanks guys! X
