Phone Order & received Duck plum sauce & got fat in batter with pineapple & a lumpy gel like sauce which wasn’t plum sauce@all?? Asked for burgers barm to be toasted & Hot Chillie sauce…bun wasn’t toasted & received Sweet Chillie sauce?? Called chippy & staff & so called manager was absolutely dreadful in resolving my issue…put the phone down numerous occasions…dreadful food & even worse customer service. Stay Away From This Gaff People (it’s really ZER0/⭐️ Got to add 1 star so as to post REVIEW ) I’ll usually give anyone the benefit of the doubt but this establishment (if u can call it an establishment) needs highlighting. No ⭐️…after over 20+ calls wanting replacement or money back…ordered 1/4 duck…driver delivers & asks me for money for 1/4duck…BE WARNED !!!

Food was freshly cooked and tasted great, good portions given and fast delivery, a lot of good sized pieces of meat in the noodle box, first time ordering from here and will definitely be ordering again, friendly staff on the phone and delivery driver

bought fish and chips from here and totally disgusting. definitely frozen fish, and the chips were warm ups. glad that's all i bought so only wasted just under a fiver. the counter tops looked dirty as did the workwear of the lady serving. my own fault really, should have walked straight out again when i saw that

Absolutely disgusting service! I ordered vegetarian spring rolls and they send meat! I ring to ask why they had sent meat the woman started shouting down the phone it's not her fault it's the company she buys them from!!! No apology no nothing and this is not the first time it's happened the staff are rude and the food is disgusting!!!!!!! They can't get an order right!!!!! I will never order from here again it needs shutting down as i no a few people have also complained about rats I will be contacting trading standards as its against the law to sell food to a consumer and it not be what it's supposed to be!

Beaware the drive like to add a extra £1 for himself on your order. Was my go-to chippy but after that no more. Lost a good customer.

Called me 20 minutes after I placed my order and cancelled it stating we will not deliver one meal ! Even though there is a delivery charge. The attitude on the phone is an absolute disgrace. This place is an absolute joke the order was £13.00 what a joke delivery qpuld have been on top of this

Best and safest chippy for miles right now. I came here for the first time since my local was still closed from the lockdown. Here they have all made an effort to wear masks and have put up screens to protect the employees and customers, which I really appreciate. Some chippys in the area like Deborah's Golden Fry make no efforts at all and breathe all over your food. Oh and the fish chips is awesome 10/10. Egg fried rice had no egg and was tasteless 3/10, but I don't mind.

Always something wrong with the order. Attitude from all staff is absolutely shocking! No customer service whatsoever.
