Staff have had the soul drained from themselves and didn’t look like they actually go in with each other.But service was good and everything was correct so that’s all that matters from a customer POV.Enjoyed watching a passive aggressive Dad ruining a family day out with his attitude too.

I recently stopped by this Starbucks location near Leeds to charge my car and use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised by the great service and clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to charge my car and providing me with a comfortable place to relax while I waited.The restroom was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff were taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and hygiene of their customers during these times. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the effort put into keeping the facilities clean and sanitized.As for the coffee, it was of course the high quality that you'd expect from Starbucks. The barista was very friendly and made sure that my drink was prepared just the way I wanted it.Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for anyone looking for a great coffee experience and clean, comfortable facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was enjoyable and I will definitely be stopping by again in the future.

Like Starbucks used to be in the good old day! Didn’t have long to wait and service with a smile. I remember when all Starbucks used to be like this. This place is clean and cosy with really great staff that actually care about customer service. There was no drive through traffic when we visited and we were served within a few minutes. Couldn’t have been better.

For what appears to be a new-ish restaurant, it doesn't seem to be being kept well. The floors are dirty, footprints and food debris everywhere. Tables were dirty too. The napkin/sugar/milk stand was dirty and stock not replenished. Hardly any food or drinks in the chillers. It wasn't busy when we went (we were the only ones), but staff were chatting, standing around and not cleaning. One section was barricaded off to prevent seating at 12.30 in the afternoon. Didn't seem to be a reason for it. The drinks were OK, although staff didn't bother even shouting up to tell us they were ready, just left them to chill at the end of the bar. I'm giving this a miss next time.

Arrived as needed a working electric car charge point which, believe me is not an easy feat!! Ended up getting starbucks to kill time. Was served by the lovely Emily, such a nice girl and went above and beyond what was needed. She was happy and made us laugh after a frustrating couple hours.Highly recommend this Starbucks, great service, delicious frappe and a yummy Toffee apple muffin!!Thanks Emily!!!

Supposed to close at 20:00. Got there at 19:45 and drive thru speaker advised store is closed and doors locked.3 members of staff were inside cleaning, so can’t say they were short staffed.

InstaVolt chargers, and they work. Food supply is not good, often finding empty shelves, but the coffee is good and the seating always excellent, clean tidy and comfortable
