Can't fault them - made clear the product would take about 2 weeks to source- two weeks later it was fitted and works perfectly - would definitely use again.

What a terrible terrible experience I had with Spare and Square. Carl the owner was so rude. Having been recommended to Spare and square by Legend Brand, I placed an order with Nicole and was clearly advised it would be delivered next day. It wasn't. I chased 6 days later and spoke with Lindsay who said she would check when it would be shipped and at my request would see if a gesture of goodwill would be offered. I never heard back so chased again at which point Carl was very blunt, called me a liar and cancelled my order without my permission. Oh and hung up on me too. I'm amazed how he treated a new, customer who had done nothing wrong. It's a real shame he chose to treat me this way because they seem to have good reviews otherwise. I can only imagine most customers don't have the non pleasure of speaking with Carl. You can buy these products from anyone I would very strongly recommend you don't buy from Carl's company as if he can be this rude to me he could be the same with you.

No issues, fast delivery. I took a punt and purchased a generic plug adapter for a no longer made model of a Lubluelu stick hoover which works a treat and has saved the hoover from being thrown out

My order went missing and Nicole went to great lengths to chase it up with the couriers - turned out if was completely my fault - I had sent it to a holiday house we had been renting at the time instead of home. I wasted alot of her time and she was very forgiving! would definitely buy from them again

had problems with dpd (courier) delivery items sent back to depot due damaged boxes.spare & square sorted me out an upgrade in product and got it to me in time for the job in hand.thankyou for this as it was not your fault the items did not come first time courier at fault

A fantastic pressure sprayer,at the best price on the web, easy to pay by PayPal,but seemed to be at the postal depot ( Yodel) for an exceptionally long time ,but it arrived safely and ready to use, and is fantastic quality.

Absolutely excellent service. The part arrived quickly well package and was fit for purpose. There was also very good communication.

spare and square first class service as normal well done , the Postal company YODEL rubbish as they sent someone else parcel instead of mine fro spare and square , even had a different address , name post code so YODEL get it right in future !!!! spare and square i have used a few times and they never let you down , plus they re sent order even thou it wasn't their fault , so god knows where my order ended up ? thank you spare and square for the great service you always provide

I had been waiting for over 3 weeks for Hyundai UK emailing me that my items were in stock. I ordered 2 items on first visit and they were delivered ahead of scheduled date given. We’ll packaged and are genuine Hyundai parts. I will be using the site again. They do what they say they will do.
