Floatation Therapy Essex

Absolutely amazing! Had a float session and then a pregnancy massage. I feel mega relaxed and know I will be going again.Facilitates provided are spotless, couldn't have imagined better. Just wow! Simply awesome.

Absolutely lovely experience- facilities were very Zen, clean and relaxing. The floatation pods was explained to me before hand as I’d never been in one before. Fabulous weightless feeling. Not claustrophobic at all. Give it a try xx

Worst experience ever. The tank was too cold, which made my back muscles spasm while trying to get back out to say something, making it impossible for me to get out. I then proceeded to ring the alarm for the next 20 min, which no one thought to answer. I finally made it out when my partner came to check on me as he was supposed to be next. I was offered the infrared sauna to warm up, but by then, the damage had been done. I am now unable to work for the next week, which makes this a rather expensive horror experience for a self-employed person. Also, note that it is not actually sound or light roof, and there is a gym upstairs, so if you're looking for actual sensory deprivation, then keep looking. I would not go back if you paid me to, and I am so very angry I will look into what actions can be taken.

Terrible experience, never going back. The lady “Sid “ didn’t pre heat the sauna, sat there cold for 30min at 30 degree temp. Biggest letdown ever after trying to make her aware that we’ve sat there for 30 min in the cold and the sauna only started heating up she didn’t want to hear it. Told me to l leave. Waste of time and money AVOID AT ALL COST !

I’m an open water swimmer and currently training for a marathon swim (10km distance).I recently visited the Ultra Performance gym and uses the floatation tank… and I absolutely loved it.I felt so relaxed, relief from tight shoulders and usual pain from doing long swims.I would recommend everyone to give it a try, and experience the float tank for the ULTIMATE recovery and relaxation session . Of course, you will all have your own experience and benefit from the therapy in your own way.Also, Sid & her team are so welcoming and have equipped the gym shower & changing rooms with everything you need ie good quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hair dryer & fresh towels. I couldn’t have asked for a better recovery session than floatation therapy.

I had my first float yesterday, my husband had been once previously and loved it, the session was actually booked for him but he couldn’t make it so I decided to have a go myself.Sid was very accommodating and helpful whenever I messaged and meeting her yesterday confirmed how lovely she was. A really friendly welcome and informative about the float tanks. I could tell she wanted me to get the most out of the experience. The facilities are very nice and fully equipped with everything you might need.The float itself was a lovely experience I think I would need to go again to be able to fully switch off in it, but it was definitely relaxing and enjoyable. My husband found it completely relaxing and really helped with him feeling less stressed. We will definitely go back.

Welcomed exceptionally and treated fantastic. Exquisite design, decor and facilities. High caliber therapeutic flotation pods, has helped in my anxiety and my overall sleep health has benefited greatly. Staff are truly enthusiastic about the unique service they are offering and it shows in the overall experience that is being delivered to the customer. I will be back again and I will be recommending.

A great experience, I waited until my second float to write a review, to be in depth as possible. Sid was really welcoming and her knowledge around floating and recovery was evident. she was able to answer all of my questions and help me understand how I can utilise it to aide my training. The facility itself was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. A powerful shower, premium soaps/shampoo, soft towels, earplugs, drinking water - literally everything you need before you even knew you needed it. Nothing felt rushed either, a 1 hour float really is a 1 hour float. Will definitely be back and would reccommend to anyone thinking of visiting.

Recently discovered Flotation Therapy Essex and had my first 1 hour flotation experience - I’ll definitely be returning. Booking was made easy because of attentive owner Sid, and on arrival she was warm, friendly and put me at ease. In this fast-paced always-on world that we live in, finding an hour to lay back, float and relax felt indulgent, but I think everyone would benefit from it. I left with a sense of calm that is not easily conjured and so I can see the value of regular sessions. Free parking and easy to find.
