we have used Kew Law in Halstead on several occasions dealing with quite complex matters, involving creating leases and splitting properties, dealing with transfer of equity etc. Michelle and Natasha have always been extremely helpful, and have returned calls everytime and managed to complete all these cases within the time frames given, which in some circumstances were to a tight deadline. We cannot praise them enough in keeping us informed every step of the way and would definately recommend them for any type of conveyancing.

We were able to conduct our process by e-mail and the team responded quickly to our queries. I found the submission of bank statements quite excessive but I understand the requirements to combat money laundering. Awful...will never recommend or use again. I used them for my divorce and we had to do majority of the paperwork ourselves. We had to keep chasing them and was also charged in doing so.The full amount we paid was way over what they told us it would be initially and considering the divorce was completely amicable and didn't even go to court it cost me over £3000!!!! and I even started liasing to the court myself as easier and quicker and i obtained my decree absolute without the help of Kew Law.
