Two months ago I put in and paid for an order, but received nothing. Like other reviewers I have had no response after email and phone calls. I hope everything is OK.Update: Having finally made contact of sorts, it seems that there has been a been a bereavement which has had a big impact on the admin front. Hopefully all back orders will be addressed once the company is back up to speed.2nd Update: Order now received and is excellent quality. I'm very pleased.Communication is poor, but the final product is very good.

Ordered 8ft peg rail on 10th August. Website stated it could take 4 weeks.Beautiful peg rail arrived on Thursday. Exactly what I wanted and fabulous quality.Thank you very much.

has anyone used this company? Ive ordered and paid for something from them and now cannot get through to them so have no idea when and if I can anticipate receiving my goods.

I've ordered from Dan twice now. Products are very well made, of good quality and well worth the wait. Delivery can be slow, and communication patchy (hence 4 stars instead of five), but orders do arrive.
