Today's drop off all good. But going forward looks like it's going to be a problem. Opening times from 16-7-23 will cause major problems for me and many others only open 8:00 to 10:00. Monday to Friday with additional 2hr slot on Thursday afternoon. As I already pay a premium for my account it's not really helpful to my business!

Repeatedly closed! now they close at 12 on a monday FYI that was news to me, then i turn up next day when they should be open to find a note on the door saying temporay closed.....and to top things off a member of staff walks out into the carpark and starts locking the gate while im still on the carpark in customer parking!! if i hadnt started reversing out the space he would have walked off and left me locked in there.... this was at 3pm when it should have been open until 4....genunie lack of care and dear lord why is it so difficual to pick up a bloody parcel.....

This site lists an incorrect telephone number!!!I have a door bell to the right of the door but they don't seem to be able to find it and if they knock they don't do it very loud or wait long enough if you are upstairs or in the bathroom.

They never knock to the door ,yesterday one of the royal mail post man just put a card through the door without Knockin or ringing the bell ,today same thing are those people normal or just passing through people front doors and put the card on ,I'm paying for a service which is not working.Why we are paying you just to post the cards through the door.Very dissatisfied with the service provided by Royal mail.

Normal service, good car park. But the opening hours are brutal, at exactly 10am they close and no longer accept parcels.

Really disappointed with the new opening hours. I have no issues with the staff whatsoever, they're always lovely and super helpful. But as a business owner it's really difficult to work around these new hours to drop orders off or pick up a missed package.
