Visiting my family from Somerset. Car started to play up over the weekend. I was desperate for some one to have a look at it, before I did the 240mile trip back. Was recommended these guys. Went cap in hand begging first thing on a monday morning. They managed to fit me in quickly for a check. Took them 15minutes to look over the car and give me advice. Offered to pay, but they very generously declined.Just managed to drag the car back. Wanted the say thanks, genuine fellas.

Been going here for 35 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the lads, Steve, Harry, Mick.....superb, no getting ripped off here just straight forward honest lads. Plus you need to keep these smaller businesses going, especially when they're really good !!

Just checked my MOT history, I took my car in last year and was told it just about passed, but having looked over the records they initially failed my car for not having windscreen wash, of which I was not made aware and is just ridiculous. They also told me my brake pads and discs all needed replacing, turns out it was just my 2 pads that needed doing. Over priced and ripping people off to get their VOSA stats up. Would not recommend.

They have just given my car its MOT. While they were reasonably prompt I had two issues.However, having listed them here they were reasonable enough to contact me to remedy my concerns. While it would have been best to have no issues, I can't argue with the endeavour to correct any shortcomings

Had a bit of an accident in Hale village today and took my car to Hale Service Station, despite it being Saturday and short notice they managed to get the car back on the road and in the process saved what I thought was a completely knackered alloy wheel and also gave my car a good look over to confirm there was nothing structurally wrong with it after my accident. First class service at an exceptional price, will be using them for my mots and services in the future.

This garage is owned by the man who also owns J&E Motors in Speke, Liverpool. Hale Service Station carried out my MoT and put that my rear brake pads needed changing as an advisory. When I pointed out that my rear brake pads were changed by their other garage only 3 months before, the tester scribbled it out with a ball point pen and told me he must have made a mistake. I'd like to think that he did just make a mistake and didn't try to rip me off but, even if it was a mistake, surely an MoT is too serious to be making mistakes? I won't be taking my car back there I'm afraid. I have no confidence in them any longer.

Took ADA for her first MOT understandably she was a little nervous and to be honest so was IBut our fears were quickly dispensed with, when less than an hour later, I was told ADA had passed with flying colours.Pleasant staff, efficient service definitely to be recomended.I even enjoyed wandering round Hale Village with my friend whilst having the MOT done.

Amazing garage! Repaired our pharmacy van FREE OF CHARGE within four hours of calling up and had us back on the road delivering medication to our vulnerable patients in the local area. Thank you so much!
