My husband went into this company a few weeks ago,as it's nearby, he was enquiring about signage for driving instructor car. The company my 4 wheels were going to send him to Glasgow for the signs. My husband contacted my 4 wheels gave them their email address/contact details for John young signage. There was several emails sent to them,with no reply. So they have lost 4 customers and moreyour loss

What a disappointing experience with an apparently award winning company. I ordered a feather flag, providing logo and brand colours and when I received my order the colour of my flag was entirely different to the one I had agreed. This in itself is not (I thought) a major issue, mistakes happen, but the subsequent service was quite simply appalling.I immediately called and spoke to someone who asked me to email my contact with the details of the issue. I provided this and photos then phoned another two times over the space of a week to get a response. When I finally got to speak to someone, they told me something had obviously gone wrong with the translation of the colour which happens when lifting straight from a pdf – this confused me as I had sent my colour codes in the original email – wouldn’t they be sued to ensure the colour is correct? That said my contact assured me they would rectify the issue.I waited another week and heard nothing until I received an overdue invoice email. I called again and asked to speak to someone in charge. In the resulting conversation I was told the person dealing with the issue is off, they have been very busy. The conversation ended when I was told my seemingly unreasonable request to have the signage printed in the colour I had asked for and agreed to was impossible for them to fulfil. So now I have a sign I can’t use and was basically told to take my business elsewhere.While I have sympathy for any business struggling with staff issues, some simple communication would have made this more tolerable and when an error is made, own it and rectify it.Don’t waste your money or your time.

John Young Signs are really good at thinking outside the box, and providing signage solutions when you're not sure how to move forward. highly recommend them.
