My experience at my first appointment here was awesome. The facility is super clean and the staff was super nice and informative about what to expect. The treatment process was quick & painless. My nurse was very nice and didn't make me feel awkward at all. Thank you!!!!

Awful eyelash extensions - I got a voucher online to get 60% off the individual eyelash extensions. I cannot believe anyone would pay the full price of £80 for these extensions. The lady who fitted them was very polite and said I’d got a good price. However, the actual lashes are such poor quality, so unnatural looking and uncomfortable. The treatment took almost two hours and my right eye was stinging and later on became very bloodshot. It seems the lashes were not individual and glued in clutters to each one of my eyelash making it feel heavy. Also I had gaps between lashes on my left eye and the lashes were pointing in different directions. After a very poor night’s sleep and my right eye feeling so painful. I spent hours trying to steam and oil them off as I just couldn’t bear to keep these on any longer, and the glue was very difficult to remove without losing some of my own eyelashes. I have had natural eyelash extensions fitted before and you should not be able to feel you have any lashes on. I am now going to return to my previous salon and get a set fitted for the same price as this voucher. I really wish I had not wasted my time and money.
