Home Comfort Services (Fylde) Limited

There are a long list of concerns about this Company which have been highlighted furthermore to me since my Parents moved to a new Care Provider who are absolutely wonderful with Mum and Dad. This is simply because the new Provider has the correct expertise and training to help two vulnerable adults both suffering from Dementia, Home Comfort Services do not appear to have the same skills.

Could be good agency with more qualified staff. Agreed to take my husband who has late stage Alzheimer's but did not have enough staff to fulfill the contract with continuity or hours. Tried to make out that because my husband could sometimes be aggressive to me, which they were aware of, that they were having problems getting staff to act as companions to him as they felt at risk. Funny there is no mention of this in the notes.
