Having looked at the reviews we felt we were in competent hands however sadly wasn't the case we informed Peter of the problem with our toilet that there was no pressure behind the flush, he proceeded to merely replace the working flush and told us he couldn't fix the actual problem and said we needed the new part and he traveled through rush hour to get it, not very relevant, in future please explain if you can't fix the issue to save everyone time and money

Absolutely delighted with Peter. Called him at 7pm on Tuesday after we tried (and comprehensively failed) to fix a leaking toilet. He gave a clear time of arrival the next day, and explained his pricing without being asked (very much appreciated). He turned up when he said he would, got on with the job quickly and professionally, and charged what he said he would (the price was reasonable and transparent). Fantastic. We will definitely be using him again for our plumbing needs.

Peter was round the next day to fix a leaking radiator. We agreed a reasonable price in advance. I liked how he was keen to ensure the leak had completely stopped before he left. I'd use him again.

Very poor experience today with Peter from this company. I initially called about a leak under my bath (quite substantial). When he came, he said it was the seal around the bath and did not really look at anything else. Removed the seal and said he will be back to replace it in a few days. When he came back, I informed him that the leak (after a bath) was still there and I suspected it was from the pipe underneath - he did not want to listen. Spoke about replacing the plug and when I again informed him it was from a pipe underneath he said I am the expert!" Did not want to listen to what I had to say. Also

Rang Monday afternoon to fix a badly leaking toilet and Peter came round the following morning. He does like to be left alone while he is working but is very focussed and got the job done within an hour. Fair price and professional service.

Peter answered my call promptly and agreed to come in the afternoon to repair or replace the broken toilet flush. He clearly outlined his rate on the call. He arrived promptly and advised me on what he planned to do. The toilet flush was replaced within the hour. He provided an invoice and I paid by bank transfer. I would recommend this business again if I needed plumbing services. Thank you
