Now Storage Reading

This was the first time I have used storage and I was really quite impressed, the 10x8 metal locker took a surprising amount of stuff. Initially I was worried that there might be dampness within the unit caused by condensation but there were no problems despite it being early winter, the unit was well insulated and adequately ventilated. The Hereford site seemed very secure, once thru the key code access gates there were plenty of CCTV cameras. The site itself was very tidy with good, firm clean stone tracks between rows of storage units. Actual access to the site was more than adequate (6am - 10pm, 7 days a week) although you might need to provide your own lighting for the storage unit once it has got dark. Only things that concerned me for the future were changes to insurance policy coming in from end of Dec 2023, and the 28 days notice required for terminating the agreement and thus I have marked as 4 stars and not 5.

I have just moved my stuff into their storage unit, the customer service over the phone has been great - it's nice to be able to talk to a real human. Some of my documents weren't sent straight away, nothing a quick call out couldn't fix. Moving in was easy, just plugged in the number and away I went. They have lifts and trolleys for the heavier stuff. The site felt secure. Thank you.

I have used this company twice now when moving house and they are brilliant. Staff always really polite and helpful. Easy accounting system. Pleasure to deal with and would recommend to anyone.

Quick and easy to sign up. Staff are lovely and helpful to talk too on the phone. I like the independence and how I can choose when I go to my storage unit and how secure the area is. I was originally recommended by someone I know which is how I am here now.

I've been using Now Storage at Reading for about 3 years now. I needed to store items not used very often so it made sense to store outside of London where the prices are almost double if not more. Now Storage were great to deal with - they always replied promptly to any emails I sent. The facility was easy to use and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for storage.
