25 minutes on hold so gave up. Wanted to talk about employers being cynical about Covid as the government has relaxed the rules due to them being caught out partying. Covid has NOT gone away and there are still vulnerable people despite the jabs. I have tested strongly positive for 3 days, have a bad cough & cold and been asked to return to work and be around other members of staff and elderly customers. It should be our citizens right to test, isolate and recover for as long as we feel is right the same rules as at the start of Covid (when it was ILLEGAL to leave the house) without feeling pressure from cynical employers. No wonder the cases continue to rise.

The wait time is not great but the service is always really good, they have loads of advice and always help you get in touch with the right people. Give them a call if you need to.

Not much time given to walk ins.

Spent nearly an hour waiting to get through to book an appointment to see someone to get some sensitive financial help just to be told they eoukd not be willing to give me a face to face appointment even though I explained the sensitivity of what I want to talk about and talking to a faceless voice on the phone causes me anxiety. I was told they still wouldn't give me a face to face appointment and to call back when I decided I want to discuss it on the phone. What an absolute terrible way to treat someone who has anxiety issues and is reaching out to a so called charitable organisation for help. Disgraceful!

absolutely disgusting ive been waiting for very long time no one answered, ive call many times different days even walk to their address still no answer !

Terrible set of people, they stored your info and use it against you. If you are a person of colour DON'T even bother calling for help cos as soon as you tell them your nationality everything changes at that very moment. Pathetic!!!

Been waiting over an hour on the phone in a queue absolutely disgusting.

Even one star is a very high review.Your long unnecessary, stupid, stressful queue just takes forever with no explanation. I called every day in almost every single working hour but still couldn't reach theses dead people.

Useless. I spent over half an hour on hold with them before I gave up. I sent them an email instead, explaining my situation, and they eventually replied several days later with two links that I'd already seen and were no help. Why would I go to that much effort to contact them for information I can already easily access? Surely, by contacting them, it's obvious I need *more* information? So I went back to them again and they replied essentially telling me they can't do anything.

Gave up calling after waiting 1 hour over the phone to speak to someone.
