Arriva Bus Depot

Today 11th of May 2021 my pregnant daughter attempted to board a 105 at 16.10 on silcoates Street peacock and was thrown off for not having the correct change only after the bus driver had started and jerked the breaks nearly injuring my pregnant daughter and my young son does anybody have a formal complaints number as it is virtually impossible to find any form of customer service !!!!

Once again the hourly bus that takes forever to do a short journey has knocked. With no details phone numbers to get info. Its a bad servive from middleton. They need to increase frequencies and people need to start complaining they charge enough for the day tickets. They love going round all the long way instead of puttjng on extra buses so expect long busy crampt service bevause when they miss the cues build. No customer services anywhere they jusr want your money

Went for assistance in the travel centre as my bus had not turned up. I waited in the queue and when I got to speak to someone they would not help me with why. The man just said we don't get tweets, which does not explain nor is it helpful. I think this centre is a complete waste of time.
