Overall had a positive experience with Studios2Let however not perfect.The room my wife and I stayed in was a little dated and quite small. The bathroom was tiny and also made a noise all the time - I think it was the ventilation fan or something and we couldn't turn it off. It did have what we needed and was relatively clean, just nothing great about it.The service was fine. We were able to get what we needed when requested. The laundry services were very handy. You can buy the detergent from them for 1 pound each and it seemed to wash the clothes well. The dryer took ages, but it did it's job as well.The location was definitely the highlight of the apartment. It was super close to multiple stations, including Kings Cross / St Pancras which made it super easy to get around. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants around as well which was good.Overall fine with the experience, but definitely better places out there.

The rooms don't look at all as in the pictures (cushions and runner on the bed and 4 towels). The bed was bare, and just one towel per person, one toilet roll provided.The curtains are too thin, so the light comes into the room.My room was in the basement with plastic on the halls, couldn't lock the door, there was a whole in the wall, the view from the window was a bunch of buckets with paint.When I requested a room change, the person at reception was very rude and refused, saying that there was no rooms available, and when ask for 2 towels she just gave me one saying that I agreed to the towels provided when clearly in the pics they advertise there are 2 sets per person on top of the bed.My relative went again to talk to her and then we got another room, but again, bare bed, dirty kitchen, towel rail rusty.Very unsatisfied, considering we both had a cold and feeling tired for the journey, the last thing we need was to being put in a room like that and then fight for a better room.I don't recommend this place at all.

Our 2nd time here. Always love the area and neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and cafe around. It's very near to St Pancras.Friendly check-in staff.Do take note that there are no lifts in the building. We were placed on the top floor, and it was sure challenging. I will come back still.

We stayed for a weekend and it had all we could ask for. The best thing the location with supermarkets and restaurants and 2 steps from kings cross and pancras. There is also a laundry room to use which is very useful.

Small but serviceable rooms; currently we have a small ant problem, but otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. The interior of the building needs attention -- creaking stairs, dirty carpets in the hallway -- but on the plus side the location is great (especially if you are working at the British Library). Rooms have kitchens, which is of course a bonus, what with inflation running near nine percent here .

The rooms are tiny-tiny but have all facilities you can ask for for a short stay. The staff is brilliant.Note that there's a lot of stiff stairs (in case you have heavy luggage) and that there's no blinders at the windows. Location is perfect.Price is high, but that's London (we found nothing cheaper on our dates).

Would definitely consider staying here again!Solo, mid-20s traveller.Pros:-Comfortable enough for me-Enough room for me as a solo traveller but would also be fine for another person.-AC worked in my room-Kitchen facilities-Location was EXCELLENT. Close to a few supermarkets, public transport, eateries. I felt safe walking around-Minimal noise. My room faced the tennis courts so I heard that and could hear doors from people coming in/out of their rooms next to mine, but was overall fine.-Courtyard access-Laundry facilitiesCons:-My safe was locked so couldnt use and had to buy an adapter for my tv (I didn't complain about this though)-Rooms have a kitchen but no trays/microwave safe bowls are provided. I wasn't going to buy these items when I was travelling back to Australia in a week.-No lift access. Didnt bother me walking up the stairs though.-The description of the rubbish disposal wasnt clear to me but that wasnt really an issue.

Excellent location and value! Our room was OK. Decent kitchen and bathroom. The AC worked, but the room didn't have good ventilation. They didn't provide enough towels, so we had to go downstairs and ask for more. Also, the safe was broken. We asked them to fix it, and they didn't... Note that it's not quite like a hotel because cleaning service is only provided once a week. The street can be a little sketchy at times as we heard car alarms going off and people screaming, but I guess that's to be expected in some parts of London.

Nice hotel near King's Cross in London. The rooms were decent, not very large and very warm even with an open window. The rooms were clean though.24-hour checkout at the main desk is very comfortable.

Fantastic location, great helpful staff and beautiful accommodations. Although the outlet was in a weird spot behind the bed, we loved our stay. Very picturesque location, and bed was comfortable! Two minute walk from King’s Cross Station.
