Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my cut. After asking for a specific fringe (bangs) what I got was a few strands of hair pulled and cut awkwardly down to my cheek bones. My husband went back to say could I come in and see if it could be changed and all I got was an excuse as to why that wouldn't suit my face. The lady also dryed my hair and then straightened it rather than actually blow dry which looked horrible. The colour was uneven also.The whole experience cost me £56 plus another £180 at Toni and guy to put right. It was so bad that I didn't attend a work do because of the embarrassment. On top of that my mother got a bad cut that was wonkey from one side to the other and random hairs hadn't been cut. Sorry for the bad review by I think a great deal of training is needed for all the staff .

I have never in all my years, had such an amazing experience at a hairdressers. Jo and Steph are just incredible, between their warm welcomes and just making you feel heard, to them taking their time, their amazing skills, I am so so glad that I visited. First time today, end result had me in tears! I've never seen my hair look so stunning, cannot thank them both enough truly ❤️

I regularly go to the hair and the beauty salon and both are brilliant. Very experienced and friendly I have never been disappointed.
