Awful service jewellery is not worth the money you get ripped of big time there jewellery just breaks as its so weak and don't care enough to help just want to charge you all the time to fix something that's there fault because they sell cheap stuff. Avoid at all cost. And the attitude of the staff is terrible they don't care atall. Had to get a second opinion on a bracelet that broken and got told something completely different to what they said its a joke. Not happy one bit.

Appalling service. I brought my watch in for a battery replacement. They sent it out to someone who was clearly incapable of carrying out the work. When the watch was received back it had been messed about with to the extent that it wasn’t even running properly and was unusable. I had to return it to the manufacturer to get it properly repaired and it would have been cheaper to have avoided Mr T’s altogether. I would strongly recommend avoiding for any watch servicing whatsoever.

Amazing service from Sonia I wanted some emerald earrings for my wife and after looking Sonia offered to make bespoke they are beautiful when I collected was met by Lisa who was wonderful.Thankyou both for such lovely personal service and I will definitely be back

I have been sending my partner in for 7 months to sell my unwanted gold bars and coins as well as some jewelry. I have always had fair offers that are somewhat expected but better than anyone else in Maidstone offers. The only place I get offered higher is online which is always the case. I would of gave 5 stars but I once had a member of staff clueless to how many carats a 999.9% gold bar and actually asking my partner, they should of known that in my opinion but always been very friendly and polite with my partner.

Minus 5 went In to get 18k ring made largerYoung girl didn't know if it was gold so called out something from the back who automatically thought I was pawning and started conversation without looking and asking what service I required by saying we need a box and certificate as we're not interested then when I asked for my ring back was told I was rude if they don't know the difference between 18k gold and moody I wouldn't trust them and also to be told I'm the rude one because they don't know what they're doing personally I wouldn't recommend anybody in Maidstone shop there
