If I could rate minus stars I would!! Absolutely has to be THE most disgraceful, diabolical unprofessional so called company I have ever come across!! I booked a limo for all my family to take us to my wedding. I paid extra for it to come 15 minutes earlier and it showed up 10 minutes late! No suited chauffeur, no champagne, a black accident damaged disgusting smelly dirty limo turned up with no ribbon! The driver had the nerve to then ask me for the remainder of the money- this was paid in full 2 months prior to our wedding! They do not deserve to be in business and get away with treating people the way they have done and continue to do. The reviews on their website clearly have been made up or they have been paid to write them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! we got sent a limo with no air con, ripped leather seats, dirty interior, and no electrics working. I was supposed to get a call back from Alldon regarding my complaint, haven't heard anything since. This company is a joke please don't use them. Not worth any stars

Then had the panic of getting them all to prom in 20 minutes. Spoke direct to the director of the company who didn’t care.PLEASE DO NOT USE. TRUST THE POOR REVIEWS.

Great service provided by this company. Stepped in at the last minute when our prom car fell through. Arrived slightly late but rang beforehand to tell us and was happy to drive the girls around beforehand, just for the experience. Would definitely recommend.

wish i could put 0 stars!! scammers! Avoid at all costs. Booked limo for sons prom, didn't turn up. When we called them they said we didn't book one!!! We said we had an invoice so they asked us to email it but it bounced straight back from a dodgy email address. They then wouldn't answer any calls or texts. They totally ruined our 16 year old and 14 of his friends prom night!!! Still refusing to communicate we threatened to go to the police and the deposit was refunded. No call email or apology, disgusting scamming company!!! Awful awful company DO NOT USE!!!!

What is shameful this company. One month ago I booked for my wedding. It was Eastbourne to London trip. But driver hasn't cam even nobody ans our phone. they are fraud. What a shamefully situations it was for me. I'm thinking to take legal action against him.

The worst company ever! It is a scam company. Please be cautious not to rent any limos from them. I have booked limo in March for a hen party in July. As agreed limo supposed to arrive at 4 pm, but NEVER DID! Imagine the situation watiting outside for limo to arrive and it never did. Bride was in tears as it completely ruined her hen party. We have been late for our acitivity booked in london and never even had a chance to take part. Half of the girls left by that time as mood was completely down. It also gets eveen better, this SCAM COMPANY never acknowledged my complaint, never apologized, never explained whats happened, have never been compensated for completely messing the whole day up. Girls paid money for everything however no limo or activity got to do. Therefore please whoever is considering this company please dont!

Failed to turn up for my daughters wedding no telephone call nothing. When I eventually managed to talk to them 5 hours later on my wife's phone because they would not pick up for me they said that the driver was running late so decided to abort without telling us.Totally ruined the start to my daughter day we were stood on our drive she looking gorgeous in her white wedding dress with no Rolls Royce. Thankfully we had three other wedding cars that all managed to turn up early and one of those came back from the church for us we were running late all day as a result. DO NOT TRUST THEM I eventually got my money back but at such a cost...........

Sham of a company. Please stay away!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They will take your hard earned cash and not even show up. Nobody answers calls or replies to emails. Aldon, the MD doesn't have any people skills or in fact care about his customers. I've been waiting weeks for a reply as to why they were a no show. Not even an apology. Yes we got our deposit back but forked out on last minute cabs. The stress and hassle and inconvenience!!! If we'd failed to show we would have still been charged I'm sure. **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**

Booked a limo for a 60th birthday, airport to Southampton and then back to London after a 2 week cruise. We were very wary having read reviews but I can safely say we were very pleased with the service we recieved. Limo was on time driver was awesome, my only complaint would be no wine as promised in the limo. Driver stopped and offered to purchase the wine for us.He also brought us coffee on the way home, it was an early pickup. Seriously dont understand some of the comments I've read.
