Over 3 or 4 visits, Steve gently helped us make decisions about things we hadn't thought of, without any pressure to 'sell' us something. He generated a very useful virtual mock up, logging things meticulously on a spreadsheet and keeping us informed of costs (and where we could make savings if needed). Once finalised, he had his team's work planned out to the day and any unexpected snags dealt with.We're delighted with the final result- it's just superb. Look at other suppliers by all means, but see the team at Insignia. You'll see the difference.Matthew, Lee, Shawn, Wayne, Belinda (and her team) and Dean have produced exactly what Steve planned, with a superb finish and transformed our kitchen.
