Very busy, food was nice, lots to see when you have eaten allowing you to walk it off, maybe a little expensive but everything is now

Came here this afternoon as a family of 6. 4 adults and 2 children; ages 9 and 7 to see Santa In his grotto. Our 9 year old is autistic and often finds social settings very unbearable, but to see him with Santa and the elves, chatting away, opening up, brought tears to our eyes in such a warming and heartfelt moment. Santa himself was the best we've ever been to. He really took his time with the kids; didn't feel rushed and made us all laugh and smile throughout. Amazing price and the fact the children each got a real life tree to look after is fantastic. The setup, lights and sensory atmosphere as a whole was absolutely brilliant. The snow globe at 2 pound each child also made a wonderful extra added treat for the kids. All the staff were brilliant. Thank you for giving us such a magical Christmas experience. :)

I haven't been hear for a couple of years so I found a big difference I used to love walking round all the different household stuff but bon marsh is inside it now I think that spoils it. All the plants were good healthy and the staff were all very good.

Lovely visit to this café, not been here for a long time. Lovely food and clean toilets, also very friendly staff. Would come again, it's nice that this café is in the garden centre itself. Lot's to see and shop for plants, garden tools and gifts an many more. Worth a visit.

Well done, a brilliant place to visit. The willows restaurant is so good ,clean very good food excellent service I recommend the experience, I will certainly be back! There is such a good selection of many different things in the garden centre as well as plants and everything for the garden. Overall a wonderful place. I'll be back!!things in

We called in here on the way past as we needed some compost and it was convenient for us. We didn't really look around all of the store, we just purchased what we needed and left. Was a contact free purchase pay at the till and it's placed in your car for you.

My wife and I had lunch here today. We have been here before, and we have always been very pleased with the service and food. The staff are very nice and the food is always well presented and good value for money. We will be returning.
