Turned up a week later than proposed, left the gate open rather than putting it on the latch (which meant our dog escaped). Apparently closing the gate is something that has to be additionally requested. Quality of clean was low. When requested to cancel, they use cheap sales tactics and a series of hoops to jump through to try and retain custom, constantly making it difficult to cancel. Avoid at all costs!
