I recently bought a car from the car company with the Car company Bristol & Bath And I am completely satisfied with my service. First and foremost I got a really good deal on the car, 5k for a 10-year-old car with 31,000 miles. despite being very busy the gentleman who runs the dealership was very accommodating, polite and happy to answer any questions. What he said to me was very fair I didn't say I was being hard sold at any point. Once I had purchased the cart the turnaround time was incredibly fast. This was my first car purchase and the gentleman was very good at guiding me through the process. I called the dealership for some advice after buying the car, and he once again was very helpful. on the second time, I brought the vehicle in, a month after purchase, as I had a problem with the windscreen wipes; these were replaced within an hour.very satisfied customer, very good customer service.

Super friendly, helpful owner. Had no problem answering any questions I had. The process was speedy from start to finish, from the first test drive to filling out all of the relevant paperwork. Was also assisted on taxing the new vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting the selection of fairly priced cars.

Excellent all round. We came to test drive 1 car and ended up buying a different 1. Ken was super helpful every step of the way and the whole process was completed in less than a week. We are very pleased with our purchase and having the car fully inspected by the AA gives us piece of mind.I would definitely recommend The Bristol and Bath Car Company.

Update to my previous review as had a notification about my 4 star review. purchased october 2021, the car didn't get inspected by a competent mechanic (AA). It has date coded bumpers headlights and drivers mirror from 2016 and its a 2012 car so it was in an accident and crash bar was bent. This was found out when headlight bulb needed to be replaced and mechanic noticed it had a sticker from ford saying the headlight is from 2016. And from then I had the garage look into that fact it had date code from 2016. I then paid for a new front crash bar to be fitted even though i had the car 2 months and i know i didnt hot anything. Did a hpi check before purchasing the car and it was clear. To the their credit I had a new windscreen under warranty but that was alot of hassel of having to go bristol for them to say its OK and then to my local garage to put a heat gun to prove one side wasn't working. I had to send lots of evidence for them to actually pay for a new screen. One tyre was down to cords when I got back home after 60 miles as it was on 1.2 mm in genral so just legal. The garage who did the tracking left the track rod end loose I got told I would get refunded for tracking and the tyre but never received it. Overall buying the car was good but I definitely had a dud car from them and after care needs improvement. So down grading my score from 4 to a 2.

Bought a car from here a few months back as it seemed a good price and a trustworthy seller, and am happy I did. The owner stayed past closed to make sure they'd answered all our questions, was honest and straightforward, and when a small issue came up after driving it around for a month (it's a reasonably old car) - this was looked at quickly and painlessly sorted at the garage. Would recommend.

Car wash are crooks.Broke my number frame.I confronted the boss. And straight off the bat started shouting. Extremely rude. If my number plate falls. Off I will be returning back for replacement of number and frame.Astonishingly terrible customer service.His response was every customer comes here and claims we broke something.He refused to finish drying the car after the confrontation.Even after payment was made. If it wasn't for his neighbour things were going to escalate further.How anyone goes to this wacko is beyond me.

We came to view a car at this dealership. We found Ken and colleagues, were very easy and straight forward to deal with. In the end we found another car at a different dealership that was more suited our needs. I was almost sorry we didn't but from these guys and would definitely have no problem recommending them.

Purchased my vehicle early august. Held off leaving a review due to having issues with two previous second hand cars and the dealerships supplying them. However I have done 1500 miles since purchase and the car is great. The staff were great, and the salesman was knowledgeable and honest, not pushy at all. Supported getting the vehicle docs and tax done in the office on collection. Would highly recommend.
