Dougie came out to my address within an hour after calling him yesterday. My kitchen door didn't seem to want to open. It was jammed at the bottom. Dougie arrived and within 5 minutes had the door open. Had a spare gearbox for my door also, which meant he was done within an hour. Super helpful, very friendly and brought his gorgeous doggie Wilma with him. Thanks Dougie! Highly recommended and will use again in the future.

Our warehouse was broken into and we needed the locks replaced urgently before the weekend . I called Locksmith Romsey and the lovely man arrived within the hour, fitted three new door locks and then replaced/repaired the locks and door of the double glazed door of our neighbours, who had also been broken into. Dougie couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone !

Really impressed with service. Have entered the world of Smart Door Lock. I researched the market and I opted for one of the HP Simpled range. Doug expertly installed this new locking system, on my not installer friendly composite door. I'm really glad I did not attempt this myself and really pleased I opted for ACQ to do this for me. Would recommend to anyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Telephoned first thing in the morning for an attempted break in at our Unit in Romsey, arrived by 10.30 did exactly what we asked and very helpful, would recommend as nothing was too much trouble.

Dougie of ACQ Locksmiths sorted out our jammed multi-point conservatory door lock in double quick time. A good job well done by a nice, helpful bloke! We will certainly use him again and will recommend him to family and friends.
