Empire Taxis Chester

Empire taxis was excellent! Perfectly on-time for when we needed it, and at a very competitive price compared to the other firms we looked at. We were lucky enough to have Chris pick us up several times over the weekend we were in Chester and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely reach out to Empire next time we are in Chester!

Booked return journey to Beeston Castle from Chester Central. The service was first class from booking in advance by email contact to pick up and drop off. The driver was a nice guy allround and kind. Defiently recommend this taxi company. Thank you Chris.

Brillaint service. We booked a journey after Chester Races to Ormskirk, via St Helens. Chris gave us a very fair fixed price when we enquired a couple of days before and was waiting for us at the agreed pick up place and time.Really nice, friendly guy, chatty but not nosey, and made it feel like we were travelling with a friend rather than a taxi driver.The vehicle was lovely and cl ean and i would definately book Empire again and strongly rcommend that you should book them too !

Hired this taxi Thursday 7th June for the ride from Chester to Heathrow airport. The car was at the hotel exactly at 6:31, the driver a very nice young fellow, everything was perfect during our 4 hours drive. My personal impression that the classic cab is a bit unconvenient for long distance travels.

Two of our party ended up having to meet us there, so Chris even altered our booking to save us some money on our return journey. We also had to put our return taxi back due to a delay in our food service.
