Quick and easy to book in. I’ve had this issue a few times and it’s been a choice of waiting weeks to be seen by my doctor or go private and pay an arm and a leg. This was the best of both worlds, much cheaper and seen to straight away. Jo is really friendly and reassuring, and makes the whole experience very relaxing.

After calling Jo who was very helpful to fit me in after work she was very professional and telling you about the the procedure she was about to use. She removed the offending object quickly and painless. Cannot praise her enough. If needed again I will definitely go back First class. Thank you.

For the last 6 months I've been having issues with a build up of ear wax, I tried to use the usual over the counter remedies as well as olive oil, but nothing was shifting it.So I phoned around a couple of ear wax removal specialists and Jo at Platinum Ear Care was very empathetic to my problem and assured me to do whatever she could to help clear the problem.When I arrived Jo greeted me with a cup of tea and put my mind at ease of having someone looking into my ears. After 5minutes of her cleaning my ears it was done, and i can say that my hearing has never been better, in fact the tinnitus I was suffering from has also completely gone. Jo said that is because I had some wax on my ear drum.I thoroughly recommend Platinum Ear Care, and I will be revisiting Jo's clinic every 3months for a checkup and a quick clean.
