Craven Pet Crematorium

We took our baby girl Tara to Craven Pet Crem after having her euthanized at home due to her being very ill with terminal cancer.Charlotte was brilliant from the initial phone call right the way through the whole process and beyond.I would not hesitate to use Charlotte's service again if I needed and I would highly recommend.Charlotte makes it possible for you to do that final thing for you beloved pet knowing that she will take good care of them and do exactly what's needed and with care and dignity.

When the time came for my fur babies, there isn't anybody else I would use or trust for such services. Charlotte is caring, compassionate and empathic to your needs and deals with your animal family with the up most respect and dignity. Her prices are very fair and you know you're getting your fur baby back. The crematorium is located in the most beautiful countryside and it's a beautiful family run business. Thank you Charlotte for all that you do.

Charlotte cares deeply about animals and her customers. She understands the pain and loss. So I know I get my animals ashes back and they have been treated with love even in death.

Losing Kaos has been one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through, but I felt incredibly comforted knowing that Charlotte was there to take care of my baby girl. She was incredibly kind, supportive and patient. When the time came, there wasn't any other place I would've considered, having used the service previously for my mum's dog. Charlotte appreciates the difficulty of saying goodbye, and was extremely repectful of my wishes. I expressed my intentions of sending some of Kaos' ashes away to be made into jewellery and she kindly separated them for me.Thank you Charlotte, I'm forever grateful.

Charlotte is a very caring and lovely lady.Our Pepper was taken from us suddenly. I rang Charlotte and when she collected Pepper she not only came across as genuine but a very professional and caring person.Thank you for all of your help at a very upsetting and emotional time x

Charlotte was so genuinely caring and understanding. She did not rush to take my sweetheart dog Meika away, she waited patiently with extreme empathy until I was ready to let her go! Very quick, excellent service. She took my Meika at 6.30pm and I had her back for 1.30pm the following day. Wonderful, would highly recommend

Following the very sad loss of my beautiful border collie, i would like to thank Charlotte for the care she took of my beloved girl and also the kind words and sympathy provided. Charlotte I cannot thankyou enough for the safe return of my girl and the card was a lovely touch X

Charlotte was amazing, she picked my 8 week old Daisy from the vets and looked after her until I picked up the ashes. She was very comforting and kind throughout. Thank you very much x
