Fast Track: Same and Next Day Apostille

Great service provided by Anna-Maria. When I called her I thought all hope was lost as every other company had declined the work not being able to guarantee same day legalisation of my son’s document before I travel outside the country. But this was an amazing service. I called the day before and gladly my sister was heading to the High Court so she was able to drop off the document, finish work and collect it again and bring back to where we live (3 hours from London). Anna-Maria explained the process to me and made sure I was happy with everything. It was a great experience and we will be back. Thank you so much!

I was recommended this service by a friend. I paid £85 for the one day service and sent it off that day. They argued that they received it at 11am (not before 11am), so they were going to have to send it the next day. It took four days to receive back my document, three days excluding delivery (instead of the advertised one day service).They argued that to get an actual one day return, I would need to do the same day service and pay ~£40 extra. It’s shocking after spending so much money (£85 instead of £30 for a government apostille) this company was so greedy. They told me they had no way to speed up the process even though they also offered me that “same day” service (~£130), showing ultimately they care about taking as much money from a customer as possible. They could have helped me but they were limited by their financial greed.I’m disappointed about this lack of care for customer satisfaction, but I appreciate them (somewhat) following their terms and giving me a successful document in time for my appointment, which went fine.

Brilliant service. I recently got a certificate apostilled using their same-day option. You submit in the morning and collect it in the evening. Communication is very good. They keep you updated via email.

A really fantastic service. I had booked the same day service but through my own culpability, I had delivered my police certificate pretty late in the day so it meant they couldn’t get the document done until the afternoon the following day. I had a visa appointment for this document the next day so it was urgent I receive the apostille on this document asap. Not only did they get it to me in time for my appointment but Anna-Maria personally delivered it to me there and then outside the consulate itself in plenty of time. You really get a premium service for what you pay for at this place. Would thoroughly recommend.

Not one to post reviews however I felt obliged to this one time. From the beginning of using this service to getting my apostille done the communication is second to none. Outstanding service is provided from the staff members here. Each encounter I’ve had with every individual has been great. They’ve always answered any queries, concerns that I may of had. An absolutely fantastic service from Fast track London. My document had a few problems via postal delivery..from the UK to Spain and without any hesitation they fixed the problem.My important document is on its way safe and sound.The staff are very kind and polite, any questions I had were answered very respectfully and Therefore I recommend them absolutely.Due to brexit my documents are very difficult to receive in Europe and well problem solved.The best company and I will be using them again.Highly recommended
