Holland & Barrett - Harrow

Worst H&B store i have been to.First visit i asked for some sleep gummies as i could not find them and the lady gave me completely the wrong Gummies and insisted this was the correct item, which it was not as it was for mental wellbeing! I left and decided to order online the correct item and do a click and collect, i got the confirmation in the morning my order was ready to collect so i go there in my lunch break only to find that they could not find the order and i wasted my lunch break on something that should of been simple.

12.01.23 I wanted to pick up an order, the woman which I think was a supervisor/manager said the order wasn’t in the store and I need to wait for confirmation message even if the tracking said my order’s been in the store since the 10th. She was quite rude to the other staff member too, funnily enough the older man working there ended up finding my order after I spoke to customer services and they confirmed my order was in store! There are some great lovely people working in this store, really helpful. This woman I encountered today wasn’t one of them!

I left today very pleased with this store. always nice service here. today we were served by a muscular gentleman which in itself has already improved my day. gave us an extra discount for a regular customer. miracle worker

I am surprised that the past reviews have been so poor as every time I have visited it has been a first-class experience. Today was no exception, Salma provided excellent customer care as she was so warm, polite and knowledgeable. She was patient as she helped me with my many queries, which I am so grateful for. Salma, you are such a delightful person and H&B are lucky to have you! Thank you for your help today! Give this store a chance, items out of stock are annoying for sure but the staff are awesome.

My most recent online order was a disaster.I purchased an online order on 25/11/2022 and chose to pick it up from the Harrow branch due to late home delivery. I received an email from Holland and Barrett to collect my itms on 27/11/2022 from harrow branch. When I went to collect my itms, they said it was not delivered. I waited for two hours to find out where my itms were because I was sending itms to another country and my cousine's flight was scheduled for the next morning. . At the end, they said we don't know why your itms are not delivered to the harrow branch. They picked my order from the shop, but two itms were not available, but when I got home, they put omega 369 insted of omega 3.

I come here for click and collect orders, usually served by a lovely girl called Hillary. She’s always so helpful and kind, she listens and does what she can to make your visit quick and easy. A member of staff I believe called Kris once saw me looking a little lost first time I visited the store and asked if I needed help, and checked if they had the thing I wanted. He was attentive and knowledgeable about what products they stock. Two great members of staff, never have to wait long for my orders.

A spacious branch of the health food and supplement store.However, there isn't a large selection of products. It would be great if there were more alternative brands alongside the own-brand H&B products.The staff were friendly enough, one did try to give us assistance and suggest alternatives to the product we were looking for.I will go into this branch in future.

very lovely store, all staff are great and humour and pleasentness of store. it really is a nice atmosphere.

I am satisfied with the product. Less so with the service. At the pantry, I was not nice, I smiled. The two sellers look at me as if they were at a funeral. Smile?
