Absolutely shocking, incompetent and unprofessional, failed to tighten front brake calliper bolts, bolt came out when riding causing front brake calliper to move freely during braking, luckily second bolt stayed in place otherwise it could have been a lot worse. When I called to inform of the danger that he poses, he didn't seem to care. Had plenty of time and opportunity to offer to rectify the situation but didn't, only admitted that he was fault as he was rushing around. He did the repair on the Wednesday but I only got to ride the bike on Friday, the bolt came out on the way home from work, by which time the garage was closed. This nonsense about bolts coming loose due to heat transfer is an appalling attempt at avoidance of guilt.

This is the best garage to go to. I have been multiple times for many concerns and each and every time they will advise me on what my next steps are and if there is anything I need to change/fix/repair. They offer more than the service you pay for. I wanted to change my brake pads on my Honda and they didn’t have any available. They took my number and told me to show up early tomorrow morning. They immediately obtained the correct brake pads and fitted them for a great price. I would recommend this business, 10/10

Pair of quality tyres equalling lowest prices around -- and FITTED FREE with chain adjust. Oil and filter change and MOT at very low price. Picked up 24 hours later. Can't fault his experienced work. I have found the place to go for future repairs.

Stumbled across this place when my Tyre Expert" told me he couldn't get me innertubes for the tyres he was fitting on my BMW F800GS (spoked wheels) and said try Ebay or Patersons. Well I'm glad I did as Patersons were cheaper and quicker than Ebay. I wish I had know earlier as I would have got them to supply and fit the tyres as well. That is what I will be doing in future.Since then the guys supplied a service kit for me to service the bike at a very good price. The parts were spot on and they made sure to supply a new copper crush washer. Next time a service is due I'm just going to give them the bike to save getting my hands dirty.A number if years ago I had a problem with another bike garage

Love small businesses like this. They know their stuff. About people not profit. Small problem with an order this time round (first time ever in years of using them) and it was handled swiftly and smoothly. Great guys and always great service.

My partners bike went in for a short notice MOT and two tyre replacement, they fitted him in swiftly - collected and dropped the bike off all within 2 days. Easy to book, polite when conversing and fair price in comparison to other local bike garages. Would recommend again to anyone in Barry and surrounding areas.
