I have been trying to contact the company to register my dish washer,every number is out of service,this is going on for nearly 2 years, so any warranties will run out, it's so disheartening dealing with a company that gives false information so you can't contact.This will be the last indest product I buy.

Just a fantastic company to deal with.

The worst, worst worst experience of my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our apartment got the washing machine less then a year ago and within months it’s flooding the kitchen. When called for repair booking, the “engineer” just cancels the appointment without trying to look for parking in our area. We tell him to come during 9-12 when parking is available and they don’t. We call customer service and customer service is useless and are hell bound to protect their engineers who abort any chance they get. Get your stuff together! In a city like london ( I am from NY) you would expect you knew what you were doing! I wish I could throw their machine on their face!

I would not recommend your customer service to my worst enemy. Poorly made products made to break just outside of warrantee after which your best option is to be sold an expensive repair package. Was assured my engineer appointment would be moved forward to the next couple of days. Nothing happened. A week later it's cancelled. Can't get another appointment for over a week. Cancelled again. Can't offer an appointment for over a week AGAIN. Three weeks later and you've taken my money twice but I still have no fridge freezer and are doing absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Be a proper company and fix the shoddy product I'd just paid you a fortune to repair. A month without a fridge is unacceptable. Absolute clowns.

Sorry to hear Indesit are getting all these bad reviews. To be fair, I bought my washing machine 11 years ago and it's still going strong. Indesit, what has changed?

Our brilliant Hotpoint washer/dryer broke just when we came back from holiday. We phoned to have an engineer come out to look at it which took 4 days as they kept coming during working hours and I had to rush to be in time and even then the engineer said he's been waiting at the door for over an hour while they knew I was working and wouldn't be home. The engineer was a nice man and he ordered some parts for the washing machine. A few hours later we were told that the parts he needed for the washing machine were no longer made (washing machine was a year old strange) and that we'd get a new washing machine in 48 hours. 3 days later we got a phone call that they found some other parts and we wouldn't get a new washing machine but an engineer would come to us in 4 days leaving us with a broken washer/dryer for almost 2 weeks!!!There is apparently no customer service at Indesit. Unimpressed

What can I say about Indesit. Well you've heard the old adage, Buy cheap

Well! Am really put off re the poor customer service and product reviews I have seen. However I have given 4 stars and surprised to be doing so...My washing / dryer machine has lasted 16 years now... Guess I been lucky? But based on this I would buy again.Used on average only once a week with a full load ( probably too full ) and the dryer only occasionally, In all this time the only problem was I broke the door hinge by stupidly putting my weight on the door while bending back up. Was easy enough to get the part and replace myself.Ok, I guess its time to replace as looks its age now, But hey I will carry on while the goings good! :)( just hope haven't jinxed it now having said all this! )
