These guys working so hard, I'm sorry for them. I suggest they reduce the working hours from 9-10am and then maybe 3-3:30pm, but only sometimes, not every day.Jokes on a side, but I have to book a day off to collect my parcel. Just amazing" ...."

Failed to redirect parcel to new address. Contacted RM who received reply back from Lincoln Sorting office manager stating “redirection in place and operating correctly”. How can it be operating correctly when your postie has taken a photo of it at the old address with the door number clearly visible?

Never reads the notes on the safe place option. No one should have to take time off of work to pick up a package that could have been left after translateing awful handwriting.

I've had to go a few times to pick up parcels I've missed, always been served by the same guy, even when I've picked up a damaged empty box, its not his fault, he's always treated me fairly, no complaints with him its just the post office generally, I never pay for recorded delivery etc because it doesn't mean s#*t if it doesn't get there or whatever, you're stuffed no refund

They same couriers not trying to come to door,just writing red card and putting the post boxes, and you can’t get parcel because you have to wait 2 red cards before can collect from collection point. My wife was waiting to meds and couriers didn’t come and wife nearly 5 days late to get medication.
