AVOID this company. I put a deposit down on a car that was described as excellent " condition. I drove to collect it at an agreed appointment and they were not open. When they delivered it later that day

totally rubbish company stay well clear I was got a vehicle that I had for 2 weeks and it was delivered at 00:45 in the morning only to find out that they was going to report it is stolen as the finance had not yet been approved 2 days later the finance had been declined only to have to apply for finance again that was also declined through no fault of my own then they came to collect the vehicle at 3am and brought mine back in a rite mess no heating that was working perfectly fine when they took it no oil in it 2 flat tyres and was told they was refunding the fuel money that I had put in the car now they will not reply to any message sent on WhatsApp nor will they answer and phone call STAY WELL CLEAR VERY DODGY

Absolutely rubbish communication. Get told one thing, then it changes. Steve could do with some sales training, on how to keep customers updated and being honest with them. Seems a bit dodgy to me. Even landlines number, never answers. Do not hand any money over to them.

Wanted a nice car for me and the mrs and the kids. The guys delivered on Christmas Eve. Bloody brilliant! Christmas is complete!

DO NOT RISK BUYING A CAR HERE!Steve sold us a faulty car, he made promises that were not kept. He actually let me drive the car away, after he had it in for a repair, with the front undertray hanging off!!The absolute worse thing about this company is the complete lack of communication, they just avoided dealing with us once they had our money and took forever to resolve the matter (we managed to return the car because we luckily had the backing of the finance company!). But we are still in a battle with them to release us from finance and return our deposit!Buying here was the worst decision ever.

AVOID at all costs. One star is far to generous for cars4uk. From the beginning it's a total shambles of lies and deceitful behaviour. We were sold a car that after 12 days blew head gasket.. or so say. Forward on nearly 3 months of no communication and having to report the car as stolen we get a call to say its gone to another garage for a full engine rebuild! Dissolving the agreement with them and after hiring a car and being told they would reimburse the costs, we have now been told to stick the money they owe us. For the love of God AVOID THESE PEOPLE
