Asked Fox and Sons to do a valuation for me after we had done quite a bit of development of our house ; I also cheekily asked advice about possible planning permission for an infill development on our land - the team at F&S Totton were very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and Id certainly turn to them if and when we come to sell.
